Our name "UMUT" means "hope" in Turkish, reflecting our mission to create a bridge between cultures through food. We combine traditional Turkish and Mediterranean recipes, passed down through generations, with local Rwandan influences, creating a unique fusion that celebrates both heritage and innovation.
Located in the vibrant Nyarugenge district, our restaurant features a warm wooden interior with maroon accents, traditional Turkish lighting, and an inviting al fresco patio.
